🎥 Check out this message from our amazing Phys Ed teacher! From Pre-Montessori through Grade 8, she keeps our students moving and learning through both Phys Ed and Health. 💪

This year, she’s re-introducing favourites like curling, lacrosse, and golf ⛸️🥍⛳ — and for the very first time, our students will get to experience cricket 🏏!

On top of all that, she also coaches our varsity sports teams, inspiring athletes to grow their skills, teamwork, and love for the game. 🙌
